1. Role of re4haus
re4haus acts as a digital search and showcase platform. It is not a real estate agency, does not represent buyers, sellers, owners, agents, or tenants, and does not directly intervene in negotiations, visits, payments, contracts, or agreements between parties.
2. Acceptance and capacity
By accessing, registering, subscribing, or publishing a listing, the user accepts these terms and the linked policies. Anyone acting on behalf of a company or third party confirms that they have sufficient authorization to do so.
3. User accounts
Users must provide accurate information and keep it updated. They are responsible for protecting their credentials and for notifying re4haus of any unauthorized access. False accounts, impersonation, or use of third-party data without permission are not allowed.
4. Publishing listings
The advertiser is solely responsible for published content, including descriptions, prices, images, availability, features, location, permits, ownership, publishing rights, and legality of the offer.
By publishing content, the advertiser confirms that they hold the necessary rights and grants re4haus a limited, non-exclusive license to store, technically adapt, display, and distribute that content while the listing remains active or must be retained legally.
5. Review and moderation
re4haus may review, reject, limit, suspend, or remove listings and accounts that appear false, misleading, duplicated, illegal, offensive, fraudulent, technically harmful, or contrary to these terms. Publication of a listing does not mean that re4haus has verified ownership, legal status, availability, or accuracy.
6. Subscriptions and positioning
Subscriptions allow listings to be published or positioned according to the features, limits, price, and duration shown in the selected plan. Activation, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and payment terms are governed by the information shown during checkout.
7. Relationships between users
Communications, checks, visits, negotiations, and contracts take place directly between interested parties. Each party must verify identity, documentation, ownership, permissions, charges, physical condition, and legal status before making commitments.
re4haus does not hold deposits and does not guarantee payments, reservations, contracts, financing, profitability, availability, or closing of transactions unless a specific service states otherwise.
8. Permitted use
Users agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. It is forbidden to publish false or illegal information, copy content without permission, send unsolicited communications, commit fraud, attempt to obtain third-party credentials, introduce malware, bypass security, scrape without authorization, or infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights.
9. Availability and liability
re4haus works to keep the platform available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible service. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damage attributable to the service and excludes indirect losses, lost profit, and acts of users or third parties.
10. Intellectual property
The re4haus brand, design, software, structure, databases, and own content are protected by applicable rights. These terms do not transfer those rights to the user.
11. Suspension and termination
re4haus may restrict or cancel access where there is breach, fraud risk, legal obligation, harm to other users, or a security threat. Users may stop using the platform and request account closure, without prejudice to pending obligations.
12. Governing law and changes
These terms are interpreted under the applicable rules in Cyprus, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the user's place of residence. re4haus may update these terms for legal, technical, or service reasons.
